1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Muntech Education and Culture Development Foundation ("the Foundation", "we", "us"), a Section 8 not-for-profit company with its registered office at Ramani, RS No. 244/2, Plot 13, Near IDBI Bank, Haveri B.S., Haveri, Karnataka 581110, India. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information on this website
We publish information about our work, events and registrations in good faith and try to keep it accurate and up to date. We do not guarantee that everything on the website is complete or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.
3. Our content
The Foundation's name, logo, text and photographs on this website belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit to the Foundation. You may not copy, change or use our name, logo or photographs for any other purpose, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
4. Using the website
You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful, to send false information through our forms, to impersonate anyone, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.
5. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and are used only for the charitable objects of the Foundation, as required for a Section 8 company.
- Donations are eligible for deduction under the Foundation's provisional 80G approval (URN AAVCM3062CF20261, valid for tax years 2026-27 to 2028-29). To receive a receipt, send us your name, address, PAN and the transaction reference. Receipts are issued in the name and PAN you provide, so please check them carefully.
- We do not accept donations given in exchange for any goods, services or benefits.
- Cash donations above the limit set by the Income-tax Act do not qualify for deduction. Please donate by bank transfer.
Refunds and cancellations
Donations are generally not refundable once received. If you donated by mistake, sent the wrong amount, or were charged twice, contact us within 7 days of the transfer with the transaction reference. After we verify it with our bank, we will refund the amount to the same account within 15 working days. We cannot refund a donation once an 80G receipt has been issued and reported to the Income Tax Department, except where the law allows it.
6. Volunteers
Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee a place. Volunteers take part without pay and must follow the Foundation's code of conduct, especially when working with children and women.
7. Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as social media. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on information on it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Haveri, Karnataka.
